1. Order Processing Time - All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times - Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

3. Shipping Costs - Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected. 

4. International Shipping -We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Order Tracking - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.

6. Delays or Lost Packages - While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Address Accuracy - Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
