REFUND POLICY

At Giada Gigi, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on non-custom, unworn, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
It must be unused and free from any signs of wear.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
The item must not be a final sale or custom/personalized order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom or engraved jewelry
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same or higher value (with the price difference to be paid) within the return window.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

To start a return, please email us with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
